At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for
the County of Middx at Hickshall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjornment on
Monday the twelfth Day of October in the twenty first year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the within named William Lake< no role > have notice of this
appeal, and that he and all persons concerned do attend the Courton Thursday next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment & determination of
this Court touching the said appeal
of the next General Session of the peace to be holden for
this County by adjornment on Tuesday the eighth day of December next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of the same Court touching the said
appeal}
