At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden
for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjornmt.
on Monday the twelfth Day of October in the twenty first Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the within named William Lake< no role > have notice of this
appeal, and that hethey [..] and all persons concerned do attend the Court of theon Thursday
of the [..] next at ten of the clock in the the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching the said appeale of
next General session of the peace to
