Middx to wit

At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middlx at Hicks
Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid on MondayTuesday
the seventhEighthday of December in the twenty first Year of
the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the
Grace of God of Great Britain Etc King Defender of the
faith and in the Year of our Lord 1747

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. James within the
Libty of Westmr. in this County have Notice of this Petition
and Appeal And that they and all persons concerned do
attend this Court on Thursday next at ten of the
Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of this Court upon and touching the
said Appeal
