To the Right Worshipfull His Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. James within the Liberty
of Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of Thomas Rea< no role > Esquire and the [..]
Honble. the Lord Carpenter two of His Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the Liberty of Westminster bearing date
the 24th. day of November 1747 Ann Moring< no role > the
wife of Francis Moring< no role > was removed from the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square in the said County to the
Said Parish of St. James as the place of her last legal
Settlement tohereby your Petitioners think them
selves Aggrieved and Appeal to this Court against
the Same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Pray this Court will be pleased to
appoint a tine for the Hearing
and Determining the said Appeal
and that all persons Concerned may
Attend

And your Petitioners Shall Pray Etc
