WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace ,
for the City and Liberty aforesaid (One where-
of being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Martin
in the Fields ,
ThatMargaret Lewis< no role > the Widow of Matthew
Lewis< no role >

lately intruded, and
and into the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
andis likely tobecome Chargeable to the fame;
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the saidMargaret Lewis< no role > to be
in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the
County of Middlesex

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name,
to require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the saidMargaret Lewis< no role >

from and out of your said Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields , to the saidParish of Saint Clement Danes

andherdeliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or One of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
