[..] Deponent's said Husband was sometime before Sep [..]
[..] ion last Robbed by the abovesaid Ann Taylor< no role > of
[..] urteen pounds Weight of Iron as this Depont verily
[..] lieves, and the said Ann Taylor< no role > for the said Robbery
[..] Comitted to New prison Clerkenwell , And this Depont [..]
[..] aith that her said Husband was Bound over to Prose [..]
the said Ann Taylor< no role > in September Session aforesaid [..]
the said Felony, but this Deponts. Husband being taken
Afterwards exceeding ill could not without mainfest
Danger to his Life or Health attend the same Session [..]
to Prosecute the said Ann Taylor< no role > , But that this
Deponent on behalf of her said Husband did Proferr a
Bill of Indictmt. agst. the said Ann Taylor< no role > in this
Honourable Court at the above Sessions for a Petty Lar [..]
for Stealing the said Iron wch said Bill the Grand [..]
thought proper to return Not found, since which time
Deponent said Husband hath received the Notice Annexed
Purporting the Estreating his said Recognizance
