The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Sr Margaret Westminster in the said County of Middx

Sheweth
That by an Order of Removal under the hands and Seals.
of Gabriel [..] ace and William Jones< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex Dated Septemr: the 13th.
1748 . Elizabeth Aldersey< no role > Singlewoman was Removed from the parish
of St Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex aforesaid to the parish of St Margaret in the City of Westmr :
in the County of Middlesex as the place of her last Legal Settlement
Whereby Yor Petrs. Conceive themselves aggreived and Against
the said Order do Appeal.

Your Petitrs therefore humbly Pray that
Day may be Appointed this Present Sessions to hear and
Determine the matter touching the said Appeal.
