The humble Petition & Appeal of the Church wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr : in the said County

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of Peter
Elers and John Poulson< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex (One of them being
of the Quorum) bearing Date the 2d. day September 1748
Mary Mascall< no role > Widow was Removed from the Parish of
Chelsea in the sd: County of Middlesex to the said Parish of
St Margt. Westmr : as the place of her last Legall Settlement
Whereby your Petr Conceive themselves Aggreived
and Against the said Order do Appeal.

Your Petitioners therefore
humbly Pray that a day may be Appointed
this Present Session to hear and Determine
the matter touching the said Appeal
