Take notice that the Court will be moved at the General Session
of the peace to be held by Adjournment at Hicks hall in Saint John Street in
and for the County of Middlesex on Friday next at nine of the Clock in the
morning or so soon after as Councell can be heard that the Recognizance
entered into by the above named Defendt. and his Sureties for his
Appearance at the last Quarter Session of the peace held at Hicks hall
aforesaid to answer the Complaint of William Easom< no role > for Attending and
tendering in Change of Six pence to him the said William Easom< no role > three
bad base and Counterfeit half pence so resembling to be contrary to the
Statute in such case made and provided may be discharged for want of
prosecution dated this ninth day of September 1751
