James Barwick< no role > of Brick Lane in the Parish of Saint Luke in the
County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and saith that he this
Depont. did on tuesday last go to Mr. Fountain Cookes< no role > Chambers in
Clements Inn in order to serve him with two Notices Copies of which
are hereunto annexed but the said Mr. Cooke nor his Clerk being
within he this Deponent went up to Chambers which were over
the said Mr. Cookes Chambers where he this Depont. met with one
James Trinder< no role > who informed him this Depont. that he received
Messages and papers for the said Mr. Cooke in his or his Clerks
Absence upon which this Depont. delivered to the said James Trinder< no role >
the said two Notices And this Depont. further saith that he went on
thursday last to the said Mr. Cookes Chambers at which time he
saw the said Cookes Clerk and asked him if he had received the notices
which he had left with the said James Trinder< no role > to which he answered
Yes he had and that the said Cooke was Solicitor to his Majesties
Mint and this Depont. further saith that he saw the said Notices
in the said Clerks hands
