These to Certifie that on the first of Sepr
1751 Between twelve & One oClock in the Morning
I was call'd to One John Anderson< no role > Journey man
Cabinet Maker at Mr. Waddell's [..] maker
in St. Martin's Lane & found the said John
Anderson
< no role > bleeding considerably from three several
Wounds One on his left Temple, One on the Back
Part of his left Arm & another on his left Thumb
all which Wounds [..] to have seen just then given
with a Sharp & pointed Instrument, but none
of them appear'd to be any way dangerous except
that upon the Temple in which the Instruments
had penetrated the seall & wounded the Brain as
I afterwards found in the Course of my Attendance
& [..] treating it according to the Rulis of Surgery
I Attend him daily from the Time of my being
first call'd to him to the Night before his Death
which happen'd Yesterday Morning about two
o Clock & really think his Death was occasion'd
[..] by that wound he received on his
Temple given under my Hand this twentieth
Day of September 1751
