Westmr:

These are to Cerifie that I was
call'd between twelve & One oClock this Morning
to One John Anderson< no role > , who I found
bleeding considerably, from three several
Wounds,which appear'd to have been but
just received & to have been given with a
sharp & pointed Instruments; One of them
on his left Temple, a considerable One on
the back part of his left Arm, & One upon
his left Thumb: There was also a very
slight One upon his left Cheek; all which
Wounds I carefully examin'd & found none
of them to have any present Appearance
of Danger. but the Nature & Situation
of that upon his Temple is such as makes
the consequences of it some what un certain
given under my Hand this 1st Day
September 1751
