James Thompson< no role > of Drury Lane in the Parish of Saint
Martin in the Fields in the County of Middlesex Victualler on his
Oath saith that in April Sessions last past he this Deponent together with
one Michael Mulledy did become Bail in this honourable Court for and
on the Behalf of Philip Innis otherwise Enniss indicted by the Name and
Addition of James Innis< no role > of Eagle Court in the Strand Perukemaker
And this Deponent further saith that on the twenty third Day of
July and since the giving in Bail to the Indictment laid against the
aforesaid Philip Enniss by the Name of James Innis< no role > as aforesaid he the
Said Philip Innis< no role > departed this Life and onthe twenty
fifth Day of July last past, was buryed and interred in the New
Burying Ground near the Foundling Hospital And this Deponent
Further saith that he was present and did see the said Philip Inniss< no role >
indicted as aforesaid by the Name of James Innis< no role > lying dead in his
own Dwelling House in Eagle Court in the Strand in the County of
Middlesex aforesaid on the aforesaid twenty third Day of July and was
also present at the Funeral of him the said Philip Inniss on the
aforesaid twenty fifth Day of July aforesaid And lastly this Deponent
saith that the said Philip Enniss< no role > indicted by Name of James
Innis
< no role > as aforesaid is one and the same Person as dyed on the
aforesaid twenty third Day of July and was interred on the twenty
fifth Day of the same Month as aforesaid
