hath at this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of James Moffatt< no role >
and the said James Moffatt< no role >
having prayed be allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer
of this County do forthwith pay to the said
James Moffatt< no role >
the Sum of Eleven Shillings-for
his Expences and loss of time
