Whereas Elizabeth Hicks< no role >
hath-at this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of James Vusty< no role >
and the said James Vusty
having prayed to be allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer
of this County do forthwith pay to the said
James Vustythe Sum of Sixteen Shillingsfor
his Expences and loss of time
