At the Delivery of the King's Goal of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex
on Wednesdaythe ninthday of September 1772

Whereas John Jolland< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of Robert Jolland< no role >
hathat this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of Mary Day< no role > Widow and the said Mary Day< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for her Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
Mary Day< no role > the Sum of Seventeen Shillingsfor
her Expences and loss of time
