hath at this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of Silvanus Hill< no role >
and the said Silvanus Hill< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer
of this County do forthwith pay to the said
Silvanus Hill< no role >
the Sum of Eleven Shillingsfor
his Expences and loss of time
