on Wednesday the Ninthday of September 1772
Whereas Ann Wye< no role >
and Abigail Wye< no role >
have at this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of George Rosewell< no role >
and the said George Rosewell< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
George Rosewell< no role >
the Sum of Twenty One Shillings for
his Expences and loss of time
