was bound over the Ninth day of July last before
Joseph Girdler< no role > Esquire one of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the County of Middlesex to [..]
Susannah Bradburn< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. Spinster who was then [..] at the next September Sessions and the said Susannah Bradburn< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. [..]
to Newgate by the said Magistratethe said Ninth day of July and was thereupon sent to prison for Stealing
a Cloth Coat Breeches and other things his property
And this Deponent further Saith that he did accord [..]
attend and apply to the Clerk of the Indictment at [..]
Hicks's Hall at the said Sessions and obtained [..]
Indictment for the said Felony but this Deponent [..]
being Informed and seeing her at large after [..]
had obtained the said Indictment that the said
Susannah Bradburn< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. had been Discharged by
proclamation at the Old Bailey at the End of last
July Sessions which was the Sessions, before the
Sessions this Deponent was bound over to [..]
prosecute this Deponent Ignorantly Apprehended
that it was to no purpose for him to Attend
Grand Jury with the said Indictment
