and heretofore did become

the General Session of the Peace holden at Hicks Hall in
February last in and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid
and the said Andrew Anderson< no role >
being a Seaman
by Profession
did soon after and before the Time of holding the said
Session to the best of this Deponents Knowledge Rememb [..]
and Belief take a Voyage to foreign Parts or Parts [..]
the Seas to wit to Carolina and other Places from [..]

is not yet returned nor is he
