Peter Duffey< no role > of the Parish of Saint John Wapping in the
County of Middlesex Merchant Maketh Oath and Saith
that he this Deponent is well acquainted with the above
Defendant Andrew Anderson< no role > and heretofore did become
Bail for his the said Andrew Anderson< no role > 's Appearance at
the General Session of the Peace holden at Hicks Hall in
February last in and for the County of Middlesex aforesaid
and the said Andrew Anderson< no role > being a Seaman by Profession
did soon after and before the Time of holding the said
Session to the best of this Deponents Knowledge Rememb [..]
and Belief take a Voyage to foreign Parts or Parts [..]
the Seas to wit to Carolina and other Places from [..]
the said Andrew Anderson< no role > is not yet returned nor is he
this Deponent is informed and beleives expected to return [..]
the Month of May next or thereabouts when this Deponent [..]
cause the said Andrew Anderson< no role > to surrender himself and
try his Traverse to the above Indictment at the Sessions of
the Peace next ensuing his the said Andrew Anderson< no role > 's
return.
