in the Month of April last past at a Session of the Peace then
held in and for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks'sHall
Hall aforesaid, this Deponent together with David Davies< no role >

Clarke< no role >
, Francis Windsor< no role >
, this Deponents Apprentice

a person Unknown to this Deponent were
Indicted at the said Sessions for a Misdemeaner on the Prosecution
of Joseph Senllson to which Indictment this Deponent did
Cause Bail to be put in as well for this Deponent as all the
other persons before mentioned Except the said John Larum
to Try the Traverse on the said Indictment at the then next
Sessions at Hicks's Hall
aforesaid And this Deponent Saith
that he and the said David Davies< no role >
and James Clarke< no role >
did
appear upon the first day of the Last Sessions and were
Acquitted of the Supposed Misdemeanor upon the prosecutors
own Shewing and without this Deponents produceing or
Examining any Witness on his or the said other then
Defendants. behalf but the said Francis Windsor< no role >
then being
Dangerously Ill of a Seavour could not Appear
According to his said Recognizance of Bail wherefore
the Justices of our Lord the King then and there Present
upon Information thereof were pleased to respite the
said Francis Windsor< no role >
said Recognizance to this present
Sessions And this Deponent further Saith that on or about
the Twelfth day of July last past the said Francis Windsor< no role >
