instant Personally Serve James Booth< no role > the Prosecutor above
mentioned with the Notice of Tryal hereunto annexed by delivering
to him a true Copy thereof and at the same time Acquainting
him with the Contents thereof and this Deponent further Saith that
the Said Notice of Tryal hath not since been Countermanded to
this Deponents knowledge or belief
