Take Notice that I the said Ann Jolly< no role > intend to appear at the next
General Session of the Peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said County (by Adjournment) on Tuesday
the Twelfth Day of September next ensuing at Eight of the Clock
in the Morning and then and there prosecute my Traverse with
Effect on an Indictrnent by You Preferred against me for an
