of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
() on Monday the Ninth
Day of September in the Sixteenth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc.

Upon reading the affidavit of Daniel Garretty< no role > and John Wilby< no role >
and motion of Council thereupon It is Ordered that notice of the plea
pleaded in this Cause by the said Daniel Garrety< no role > to be left at the last place of the
abode of the said Mary Evans< no role > shall be deemed good notice ifin
the mean time the said Mary Evans< no role > or her present place of residense
cannot befound and It is further Ordered that the Dependant
Recognizance in the above cause be and the same is hereby respicted until
the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for this
County
