That the intentr. of rating the Justices prisons
if it be not previously settled be opposed in the
House

Moved That the Justices do no longer than
after the present Session sit to hold their

Sessions at Hicks Hall and that a Copy
of the above resolution be delivered to the [..] carried [..] animously
Court at the Old Bailey referred to the Chairman to draw
up the Order

Moved that the Sessions of the peace for
this County he holden until further
order at theHigh Guildhall Westmr.
agreed to [..]

Moved That his Grace the Duke of Nor
thumbland be made acquainted with
the determination of the Justices to remove
to Mr Guildhall Westminster from the necessity of their situation and that he be requested
to permit them to held their Sessions therein
and that the Chairman be requested attended by the Clk of the Peace [..] to wait upon
Mr Grace with the above resolution
referrd to the Chairman
