Take Notice that I intend to appear at the next General
Session of the peace to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in and for the County of Middlesex on Tuesday
the eighteenth day of February, Instant at Nine of the Clock in the
Morning and then and there plead Not Guilty to and
Try the Indictment by you preferred against me for an
Assault dated this Tenth day of February 1777
