Middlesex

I do hereby Certify That at the General Session of the Peace of our
Lord the king holden in and for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in
Saint John Street on Monday the fifteenth day of February in the nineteenth
year of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the third King of Great
Britain Etc Before Sir John Hawkins< no role > Knight the Reverend Sir George
Booth< no role > Baronet David Wilmot< no role > John Sherwood< no role > Esquires and other their
Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace in
the County aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers felonies
Trespasses and other Misdemeanors committed in the same County.
Thomas Mills< no role > otherwise Chambers< no role > of the age of fifteen years Daniel
Powell< no role > of the age of twenty two Years and Francis Liddy< no role > of the age of
sixteen Years were severally convicted of Petit Larceny and were respectively
ordered and adjudged to be kept to hard Labour for the term of three
years in the raising sand soil and gravel from and cleansing the River
Thomas or any other service for the benefit of the Navigation of the said
River under the management and direction of the Overseer or Overseers
who is are or shall be appointed pursuant to the Statute in that case
made and provided Dated the 22d day of February 1779 .
