Dealer in Iron for a certain Misdemeanour
in unlawfully having in his possession, and
keeping two Iron Hoops of the value of
Sixteen pence each of which said Iron Hoops
was then and there marked with the Broad
Arrow being the mark with which the Iron
Hoops and other Warlike and Naval Stores
of our Lord the King were and yet are
Marked not being a Contractor with his
Majesty's Principal Officers or Commissioner
of the Navy Ordnane or Victuallers nor at
any time being employed by such Contractor
for that purpose on the 23d September last
