WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two of
His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County
of Middlesex
, (Whereof one is of the Quorum)by the Church-
Wardens and Over seers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Pancras, in the said County: That

deceased with her four
Children Namely

aged ten Years upwards

aged Eight Years
Jane< no role >
aged five Years and
Charlotte< no role >
aged three Months
lately come to inhabit in the said Parish of Saint Pancras
, not
having gained a legal Settlement there, nor produced any Cer-
tificate, owning them to be settled elsewhere:
And it Appeareth unto Us the said Justices, and we do adjudge
That they are likely to be chargeable to the
said Parish of Saint Pancras; and upon Examination of the
said Sarah Lincoln the Mother
taken upon Oath, it
farther appeareth unto Us, and we do likewise adjudge That
the Parish of Saint Botolph by Aldgate
London
is the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Sarah Lincoln and her said Four Children
These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to Charge and Com-
mand the Church-Wardens and Over seers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Pancras, forthwith to remove and convey
the said Sarah Lincoln and her said four
Children
from and out of the said Parish of Saint Pancras to the said
Parish Saint Botolph by Aldgate London
and deliver them

to the Church-Wardens and Over seers of the Poor there or to
some or one of them who are hereby required to provide for
them according to Law. Given under Our Hands and
Seals the Tenth Day of March One Thousand
