for the County of Middlesex At their General Quarter
Session of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate in
the City of London

Sheweth


Thay by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under
the Hands and Seals of David Walkers< no role > Esquire and Philip Dyot< no role >
Esquire two of His Majesties Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of Middlesex (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the tenth Day of March One Thousand Seven Hundred and
Seventy Nine Sarah Lindon< no role > Widow of Thomas Linkon (in the
said Pass Warrant or Order of Removal called Sarah Lincoln
Widow of Thomas Lincoln< no role > Cooper deceased with her four Children
namely Mary< no role > Aged Ten Years and upwards Sarah< no role > Aged Eight Years
Jane< no role > aged five Years and Charlotte< no role > Aged three Months were removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Pancrass in the said County of
Middlesex to the said County of Saint Botolph Aldgate in the City of
London (called in the said Pass Warrant or Order of Removal Saint
Botolph by Aldgate London) As the Place of the last legal Settlement
of the said Sarah Linkcoln in the said Pass Warrant or Order of
Removal called Sarah Lincoln) and her said Four Children

Your Petitioners conceiveing themselves Aggrieved by the
said Pass Warrant or Order of Removal of the said Two Justices
Do therefore humbly appeal to this Court Against the same
Praying such Relief in the Premises as to this Cowet shall seem
meet

And Your Petitioners Shall ever Pray Etc
