Dear Sir

I find upon examination, that the County
of Middx , is even more sorely been thened by the Convict act,
then what I gave you any idea of in my conservation
on the subject yesterday. You will receive the annual
Capiner brought on the County by the alteration of
the laws respecting the transpertation of Offend us, in
the subsequent detail, and I hope will be
so obliging for the sake of the County, to take the
first opportunity to make his grace unquainted
with there particulars, and pray his assistance in
relief of the County.

I am
My dear sir
Yours most sincerely
Chas; Eyles< no role >
