The humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden within
the City and Liberty of westminster and County of
Middlesex.
Sheweth
That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or order under the hands and

Majestys Justices of the Peace
Acting in and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (one whereof being the Quorum) bearing date the 11th.

was removed from the
Parish of Hayes
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish
of Saint paul covent garden
as the Place of his last legal
Settlement by which order your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved
and do Appeal to this Court against the same.
Your Petitioners therefoe Pray that
this Court will be pleased to appoint a
Day in this present Session to hear and
Determine the said appeal and to order
that all persons concerned may be
directed to Attend
And your Petitioners shall
