To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint George, in the County of Mid-
dlesex; and to the Church-Wardens and Over seers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Clements
Danes in the said County of Middlesex

MIDDLESEX ,
To wit

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, Two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace, acting in and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid, (one whereof being of the Quorum) by
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor [..]
the said Parish of Saint George. That Mary Ann
Gundy

[..] Legitimate Daughter named Harriott of the
age of Two Years and Nine Months have
lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of Saint George, and
are likely to become chargeable to the same: We the
said Justice upon Examination of the Premises upon
Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the same
to be true and do also adjudge the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Mary Ann Gundy
and her said Daughter to be in the Parish of
Saint Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex

THESE are therefore, in His Majesty's Name
to require you, on Sight hereof, to remove
and convey the said Mary Ann Gundy and
her said Daughter
from and out of your said Parish of Saint George, to
the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes

and them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of there, or to some of one of
them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy
hereof, who are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this 26th. Day of April 1779
