That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of

Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
in
and for the said County of Middlesex
(one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the fifth day of
October One thousand seven Hundred and Seventy nine
Jane Burnet< no role >
Wife
of
James Burnet< no role >
(a Soldier
) and her
Child namely

aged one Year and Eleven Months
were removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Mary le bone
in the said County to our
said Parish of Saint Dunstan in the East as the place
of their last legal Settlement
Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
thereby Do humbly appeal against the said Order
or Pass Warrant and pray that this Court will
be pleased to appoint a Day at this present
Sessions of the Peace for the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Saint Mary le bone
and all other Persons
concerned to attend this Court to hear and
abide the Judgment and determination of
this Court touching this Appeal.
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
