Good Sir

Your intentions I am well perswaded were allways ment
for my service and of my Family who are now in the utmost Extremity,
and the feer of my loss of my birth under their Worships will bestill
an addition to my misery, and I beg it of you Sir as the grandest
favour that you will be pleased to Recommend my case to their
Worships and retain me the place in case I shall be able to get
liberated which I hope may be soon perfected, and for this
favour mine and my Family's prayers will ever attend
their Worships and you Sir

I am Sir
Your very faithfull and
Obedient humble Servant
