To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace
Acting in and for the County of Middlesex in their General
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens Overseers of the Poor & Parishioners of the
Parish of Kensington in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass Warrt. or Order under the hands
and Seals of Beese & D Walker Esqr two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace Acting in and for the said County bearing date
the 11th. day of Jaury 1786. Ann Asking< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from the Parish of St. Giles in the field in the said County
to the said Parish of Kensington as the Place of her last legal
Settlement

That by Virtue of one other Pass Warrt or Order under
the hands and Seals of the sd Beets & D Walker Esq , two of
his said Majesties Justices of the Peace Acting in & for the said
County bearing date the said Eleventh day of Janry 1786
Mary Flynn< no role > was removed from the sd. Parish of St. Giles in
the Fields to the said Parish of Kensington as the Place of
her last Legal Settlement

By which said two several Orders of Removal Your
Petitioners Conceives themselves aggrieved & Do therefore
appeal to Your Worships agaust the sd two several Orders

Your Petitioners therefore Pray that Your Worships
will be Pleased to appoint a day Proper for the hearing
& determining the said Appeal

And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
