WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto us, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for
the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the
Quorum), by the Church-wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields , in the
Said County, That Mary Flynn< no role > hath
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to Settle
there, contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the
Said Justices, and we do adjudge that she is likely
to become chargeable to the said Parish; and upon Exa-
mination of the Premises taken upon Oath, and other Cir-
cumstances, it further appeareth unto us, and we do like-
wise adjudge, that the parish of Kensington in
the said County
is the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said Mary Flynn< no role > .

Command the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor

with to remove and convey the said Mary Flynn< no role >
from the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields , to the
Said Parish of Kensington
and deliver her to the Church-wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to Some or one of them, who are
hereby required to provide for her according to Law.
