Middlesex


To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex in General
Session of the Peace assembled

The humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor Parish of Staines in the the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an order or Pass warrant under
the Hands and Seals of Stephen Cole< no role > and William Heckford< no role >
Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the Sixteenth day of January now last post Robert
West
< no role > was removed and Conveyed from the Parish of Isleworth
in the Said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Staines
as the place of his last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners concieving themselves agrieved
by the said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices Do
therefore appeal to your Worships there from and humbly
Pray that you will Please to hear them in the Premisses
and Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Isleworth may appear before Your at
a Certain Day to be appointed by your Worships to hear
and abide the Judgment and determination of Your Worships
touching this Appeal

And your Petitioners Shall pray
