To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in General Session Assembled

The humble Petition of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mathew Bethnal Green in the
sain County

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order of Removal bearing one
date the 19th. Day of January now last past under the Hands
and Seals of George Booth< no role > and W. Blackborow two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the Said County of Middlesex
Charlotte Jones< no role > Singlewoman was Removed and Conveyed from
and out of the Parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell in the County
of Middlesex aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Mathew
Bethnal Green as the Place of her last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners apprehending themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order of Removal of the
said two Justices humbly Appeal against the same
And pray that your Worships will be Pleased to Order the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell in the said
County of Middlesex and all other Persons concerned to
attend this Honorable Court some Day this present
Session to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of the Court touching the Premises

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray etc.
