To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Martin in the Fields , within the Liberty of Westmin-
ster , in the County of Middlesex ; and to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Pancras
in the County of Middlesex

WHEREAS, Complaint hath been made unto Us, Two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace, in and for the
City and Liberty aforesaid (One whereof being of the Quorum)
by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St. Martin in the Fields , That Michael Jones< no role > and
Frances his Wife with their Two lawful begotten
Children to wit Elizabeth aged five Years or
thereabouts & Mary aged Seven Months or therabouts
have lately intruded and came into
the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields , and are
become Chargeable to the same; We the said Justices; upon
Examination of the Premises upon Oath, and other Circum-
stances, do adjudge the same to be true, and do also adjudge
the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Michael Jones< no role >
Frances his Wife & their Two Children Elizabeth
& Mary to be in the parish of Saint Pancras
in the County of Middlesex

THESE are therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to require
you, the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields , on Sight hereof, to
remove and convey the said Michael Jones< no role > , Frances< no role > his
Wife & their said Two Children Elizabeth< no role > and
Mary< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields ,
to the said Parish of Saint Pancras in the County
of Middlesex
and them deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them, together with
this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, who are hereby required
to receive and provide for them according to Law. Given
under out Hands and Seals, this 20th Day of April 17 86
