Mr. Paine and Mr Holland informed the Court that

The Chairman having laid before the Court
a Letter which he had received from [..] Jacob Lecory< no role > Esq
[..] enclosing his demand on the County for thetroubleExpences & a while
he had [..] been at in farming Plans Design & Descriptions Etc [..] a New [..]
of Correction for this County. Resolved that the
Consideration thereof be adjoined till the next County
day of the next Session
