Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the sixth day of
July instant Jane Watkins< no role > This name instance is in set 819. Singlewoman was removed
from the Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel in the County
of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch
aforesaid as the place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said Order Appeal against the same and pray
such Relief as to your Worships shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
