Consideration or Purchase Money shall be paid to the Treasurer
to
be appointed by the said Justices, as hereinafter mentioned : And, at
the Time of such Payment, the respective Persons paying the same
shall have and receive Grants of such Annuities made to them,
by Writing under the Hands and Seals of the said Justices so assem-
bled as aforesaid, or any Three or more of them (of whom the
Chairman shall be One) in the Words or to the Effect following :
"We the Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
,
"assembled at a General [or Quarter] Sessions of the Peace
"this Day holden for the said County, do, virtue of an
"Act of Parliament made in the Twenty-sixth Year of
"the Reign of King George the Third, intituled [set
"forth the Title of the Act] and in Consideration of the
"Sum ofpaid by
" tothe Trea-
"surer appointed in pursuance of the said Act, before the
"Sealing and Delivery of these Presents, as appears by the
"Receipt of the said Treasurer indorsed hereon, grant unto
"the saidExecutors,
"Administrators, and Affigns,
" out of the Rates to be raised
"and levied for the public Purposes of the said County,
"called the County Rates, which
" shall be paid to the said
"Executors, Administrators, and Assigns, at
" upon thein every
"Year during theand the First
"Payment thereof shall be made upon the
"next ensuing the Date of these Presents. In Witness
"whereof we have hereunto set our Hands and Seals, the
"Day ofin the Year of our
"Lord "
And every such Grant, so to be made as aforesaid, shall be good,
valid, and effectual in the Law, and shall entitle the Purchaser or
Purchasers of every such Annuity to the Payment thereof, and to all
Benefit and Advantage thereto accruing, according to the Purport,
true Intent, and Meaning of this Act.
And be it further Enacted, That it shall be lawful for the Per-
sons entitled to any of the Grants or Securities aforesaid, and
their respective Executors; Administrators, or Assigns, at any Time,
by Writing under their respective Hands, to assign or transfer
such
