The Humble Petition and Appeal of The
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Olave Hart Street in the
City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Certain Order or pass Warrant under
the hands and seals of Nathaniel Conant< no role > and
Philip New< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex and City
and liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
seventeenth day of December one Thousand seven hundred
and ninety two Amelia Fitz hugh< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from and out of the parish of Saint
Anne within the Liberty of Westminster in the said
County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint
Olave Hart Street in the said City of London as the plan
of the last legal settlement of the said Amelia
Fitzhugh< no role > whereby your Petitioners apprehended themselves
to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal against
the said Order or Pass Warrant and pray that
the benefit of their said Appeal may be saved
unto them And that the hearing and determination
thereof may be adjourned until the next General
Session of the Peace to be holden in and for
the County of Middlesex
