To the Worrshipful his Majestys, Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex at this
General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Mary Lambeth in the County of Surrey

Sheweth

That by an Order of pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of Mich. Decons< no role > and R. Johnson Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace acting in and for
the City and Liberty of Westminster (one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing date the 26th.. day of November 1792
Mary Beale< no role > Singlewoman and her illegitimate Child to wit
Edward born the 25th.. day of October last was removed and
Conveyed from out of Parish of Saint James within the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex to the
said Parish of Saint Mary Lambeth in the County of
Surrey as the place of this last legal Settlement whereby
your Petitioners conceive themseves to be aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray your Worships to appoint a day in
this present Sessions to hear and determine
their said appeal.
