Take Notice that I intend to appear at the next General Session
of the peace to be holden at the Session House on Clerkenwell Green in
and for the County of Middlesex on Monday the ninth day of
September next by eight o Clock in forenoon of the same day and
then and there pled not guilty to and try my traverse on the
Indictment You have preferred and found against me for Assaulting
