of Middlesex Gentleman the above named Defendant maketh
Oath and saith that he has ever since the last
July Sessions together with William Pearce< no role > one of his
Bail in the above Cause diligently enquired after the
above named Prosecutor to serve him with a Notice
of Tryal but hither to has not been able to dis cover
his place of abode now never knew where he was to
be found
