for an Assault

John Lawrence< no role > of the Parish of Saint James in the Liberty
of Westminster Composition maker , Maketh Oath and Saith that
he this Deponant was present on the Twenty fourth day of July
last and did see the abovenamed William Herd< no role > make his Mark
to the Receipt hereto Annex't and saw the Money paid to the
Prosecutor as a full Satisfaction for the said Assault And that
the Name John Lawrance< no role > a Subscribing witness to the said
Note is the Proper Hand Writing of this Deponant
