Take Notice that I the above named
Defendant will personally appear at the next General
Session of the Peace of our Lord the King to be holden in and
for the County of Middlesex at the Session House for the
said County on Clerkenwell Green on Monday the ninth day
of Septmeber next at the hour of nine in the forenoon
of the same day and will then and there take my Trial
upon the Indictment by you preferred against me for
an Assault Dated the 8th. day of August 1793.
