James Chetham< no role > Clerk to William Chetham< no role > of Falcon Square London Gentlemen
Solicitor for the Defendant in this Cause and Saul Richardson< no role > of Clare Street near
Clare Market in the County of Middlesex Tripe Man severally make Oath and first
the said James Chetham< no role > for himself saith that he this Deponent did on Monday the second
day of September instant personally serve a Young Woman whom this Deponent was
informed (by the other Deponent Saul Richardson) and verily believes was Mary Hill< no role >
the Prosecutrix in this Cause with a true Copy of the Notice of Trial hereunto annexed signed
by the said Defendant by delivering to and leaving with the said Young Woman such
Copy of the said Notice at a house in Duke Street near Lincolns Inn Fields And this
Deponent the said Saul Richardson< no role > for himself saith that on the said second day of
September he was in Company with the said James Chetham< no role > and did see him
deliver to and leave with Mary Hill< no role > the Prosecutrix in this Cause a true Copy of the
Notice of Trial hereunto annexed at the house ofin
Duke Street aforesaid and lastly both these Deponents severally say that such
Notice of Trial hath not been since Countermanded to the knowledge or belief of these
Deponent
